1 bag Cold Alex Frozen Sweet Corn
2 to 3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
1 onion, minced
1/3 cup Cream, half-and-half or sour cream
Salt and pepper
Heat the butter or oil over medium-heat in a large saucepan. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the corn and heat through, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream, half-and half or sour cream.
Reduce heat to low and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes more and serve.
