  • Egyptian Artichokes, Stuffed and Baked (Kharshuf Mahshi)




    Ingredients

    6-8 Cold Alex Artichokes Bottoms

    1/2 kilo minced beef

    1 cup thin bechamel sauce

    1 cup tomato sauce


    Instructions

    Mix minced beef with bechamel sauce

    Fill Artichoke Bottoms.

     Place in greased oven pan and bake in preheated 350 degrees for approximately 30 minute.
